Christmas Delivery Notice
Our last posting date for Christmas delivery in the Ireland is Wednesday 21st December at 2P.M.
Orders placed: 22 - 27 December dispatch is Wednesday 28th of December
Orders placed: 28 - 30 December (cut-off: 2p.m.) dispatched the same day
Orders palced: 31 - 2 January dispatch is Tuesday, 3rd January
Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 1 - 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD or Fastway Couriers with tracking and drop-off with signature.
FREE on all orders over €150
€6.5 on all orders below €150
Returns
If the goods does not meet your expectations and/or you have made a mistake in ordering/the goods are not fit, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
In all cases, the items returned must be unused in their original condition, which includes any packaging and accessories supplied with the original item.
We are able to collect the item but there will be a cost of €10. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note/receipt(this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our shop.

Faulty Goods
If upon receipt of any goods that seems to have a fault or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt on 014434991 or through email store@tgtools.ie
Please take photos of the damage and send to store@tgtools.ie
We will arrange a collection of the goods to be picked up for inspection.
After inspection and once we are satisfied that there is a fault, we will replace the item(s) or arrange for a full refund of the item(s) and any carriage costs incurred.
Warranty
All our tools come with a manufacturer's warranty which range form 1 year to 2-3years.
We highly advise to register all tools after purchased to benefit from upgraded warranty. Please see our warranty page for more information
